Travis Jack is the President of Evergreen Climate Solutions, a Vancouver-based HVAC contracting company. With over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry and 15 years in the trades, Travis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Prior to leading Evergreen, he spent 8 years working hands-on in the field before transitioning to the position of HVAC Service Manager at Uptime Industrial. Eventually, Travis, along with his partners Kyle and Riley, purchased the division, paving the way for the establishment of Evergreen Climate Solutions. Known for his strong leadership skills, Travis approaches all business situations with the valuable lessons taught in "Extreme Ownership," a book written by Jocko Willink. His dedication to delivering top-notch service and his commitment to excellence have positioned Evergreen Climate Solutions as a trusted name in the HVAC industry.
Kyle Hensby

VICE PRESIDENT
Kyle Hensby is a dynamic individual and a natural born leader, serving as the Vice President and Service Manager of Evergreen Climate Solutions. With a commendable tenure of over 13 years in the HVAC industry and also 16 years in the trades, Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His experience as a captain and leader of numerous sports teams is evident in his leadership style at Evergreen, where he motivates and guides his team to deliver exceptional service. Kyle's passion for music is also well-known, as he takes on the lead role of frontman in the popular country band Kyle Hensby and the Rowdy Spurs. Kyle has proven with his systematic organization skills that he is the perfect fit for the operations of the company. With his multifaceted talents and unwavering dedication, Kyle is a true asset to both the company and the community.
Riley Johnson

VICE PRESIDENT
Riley Johnson is an experienced HVAC Foreman at Evergreen Climate Solutions. With over 6 years of expertise in the HVAC industry, Riley has established himself as a skilled and knowledgeable professional. Beyond his dedication to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, Riley is an avid car enthusiast with a deep passion for all things fast. As a third-generation business owner, Riley carries on the legacy of his family's successful business ventures. Despite being the youngest of the three partners, Riley's contributions to Evergreen Climate Solutions have been invaluable, solidifying his role as an integral part of the company's success.

Kevin Duxbury is a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician at Evergreen. With over two decades of experience in the HVAC industry, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Prior to joining Evergreen, he successfully owned and operated his own HVAC business in Saskatchewan for over seven years. As a third-generation HVAC technician, Kevin's dedication to the trade runs deep in his blood. Marko Pantic

Marko Pantic is a dedicated journeyman at Evergreen. With over five years of experience in the industry, Marko has honed his skills and expertise in various aspects of HVAC, ranging from refrigeration to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. While recently acquiring his red seal certification, Marko's proficiency surpasses the expectations of someone at his level.
